Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL) edged up by 1.59% and closed at $17.93 on above-average volume of 3.04 million shares. The Horsham, Pennsylvania-based luxury home building company swung to a Q3 profit of $27.3 million, reversing the year-ago quarter’s loss of $472.3 million. (NYSE:TOL), (TOL)
Burger King Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BKC) soared amid news that it will be acquired by 3G Capital. Shares of the Miami-based burger chain shot up by 25.08% and closed at $23.59 on over 43 million shares. (NYSE:BKC), (BKC)
FuelCell Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: FCEL) fell by 5.17% and closed at $1.10 with overall traded volume of 1.25 million shares. The Danbury-based renewable energy company posted Q3 loss of 15 cents per share, which was wider than analysts’ estimates, as revenue dropped 17% to $18.9 million. (NASDAQ:FCEL), (FCEL)
Northrop Grumman Corp. (NYSE: NOC) inched up by 1.94% and closed at $57.67 on volume of 2.33 million shares. So far the stock has reached a 52-week low of $47.47 and a 52-week high of $69.80. The California-based aerospace and defense products provider is serving as a presenting sponsor at 2010 United States Air Force Marathon. (NYSE:NOC), (NOC)

Melco Crown Entertainment Ltd. (NASDAQ: MPEL) moved up by 12.79% and closed at $4.41 on over three times its average volume. The Macau-based casino and resort company was upgraded to Overweight at Morgan Stanley. (NASDAQ:MPEL), (MPEL)

China Green Agriculture Inc. (NYSE: CGA) slid by 5.88% and closed at $9.60 on nearly twice its average trading volume. The fertilizer company posted Q4 profit that topped analysts’ estimates, as revenue jumped 55% to $16.2 million, but disappointed with its Q1 profit forecast. (NYSE:CGA)(NYSE:CGA)
