Good Afternoon traders and thank you again for taking the time to do some research on some of my favorite penny stock and small cap stocks which are “short squeeze” plays. These plays have a tremendous amount of upside if we catch them at the right time and force those large short positions to want to cover on the ask which will help drive the price upward.

We saw this recently with ZLCS as it ran over 30% from my initial alert as news of positive second quarter earnings helped push those shorts to higher ground.

Also on AONE off my $.50 alert which also saw a jump in price on earnings catalyst and short squeeze covering. Currently AONE has over 25 million shares short which is over 20% of the entire float. Any additional news could cause AONE to burst through the $.60 price for even more gains.

And let’s not forget my alert on BPZ from $2.10 “double bottom” which is now up 30% on a short squeeze. Currently BPZ has over 25 million shares short which is over 28% of the entire trading float.

As you can see, these stocks are very volatile, usually to the upside when there are such large amounts of investors betting against them. Once the stock gets a positive catalyst such as news or increase buying pressure, these small cap and nano stocks tend to display very profitable gains.
