Deep Down Inc. (OTC: DPDW) slid 10.44% to $0.0403, with volume of 21.88 million shares traded. Deep Down operates as an oilfield services company specializing in products and services for the deepwater and ultra-deepwater oil and gas industry.
GlobeTrac Inc. (OTC: GBTR) lost 42.86% to $0.0400, a day following news that Equities.com Inc. has terminated the potential merger the company, citing the latter and its affiliates failure to secure the promised financing required for the proposed merger to be deemed viable. Over 268 K shares traded hands today.
