Joy Global Inc. (NASDAQ: JOYG) shares were boosted after posting better-than-expected profit in the Q3, and giving an improved outlook for the year. Shares are up by 3.36% at $60.14 on volume of 2.66 million shares. (NASDAQ:JOYG), (NASDAQ:JOYG)

Genesco Inc. (NYSE: GCO) is up 9.59% to $27.66 on over 199K shares. The company reported wider loss in the Q2, thanks to charges related to special items, though revenue jumped nearly 9% to $364 million. (NYSE:GCO), (GCO)

H.J. Heinz Company (NYSE: HNZ) is down 0.09% to $46.20 on 3.13 million shares after reporting a 13% jump in its Q1 profit as revenue rose 1.6% to $2.48 billion. Revenue, however, fell short of forecasts. (NYSE:HNZ), (NYSE:HNZ)

Burger King Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BKC) is up 14.53% to $18.84, on over 14 times its average volume, following a report from the New York Times that the company is in advanced sale talks. (NYSE:BKC), (BKC)

Motorola Inc. (NYSE: MOT) is up 2.99% to $7.74 on 10.70 million shares. Billionaire investor Carl Icahn has increased his stake in Motorola. (NYSE:MOT), (MOT)

Netflix Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) is up 5.40% to $132.20 on volume of 2.67 million shares. Piper Jaffray has maintained its Overweight rating on Netflix with a price target of $140. (NASDAQ:NFLX), (NFLX)

Jos. A. Bank Clothiers Inc. (NASDAQ: JOSB) is up 12.53% to $41.00 on above-average volume of over 691K shares. The company posted Q2 results that topped market expectations. (NASDAQ:JOSB), (JOSB)

American Physicians Service Group Inc. (NASDAQ: AMPH) is up 22.62% to $32.25 on nearly 32 times its average trading volume, following the news that ProAssurance Corp. (NYSE:PRA) is acquiring the company for $233 million. (NASDAQ:AMPH), (AMPH)
