The League City, Texas-based wireless and broadband solutions company said it has received a U.S. Patent Office notice that a patent for its CryptoVue(R) encrypted security device will be issued to the company. Ecosphere Technologies Inc. (OTC: ESPH) is up 5.65% to $0.729 on over 2.46K shares. The Florida-based diversified water engineering and environmental services company announced this week positive results of scale testing on Woodford shale and Fayetteville shale produced waters. (OTC:ESPH), (ESPH)

Proper Power and Energy Inc. (OTC: PPWE) is up 10.17% to $0.0650 on six times its average volume. Proper Power & Energy, an oil and gas exploration and production company, on Thursday announced that it has entered into negotiations to acquire two shallow wells – one in Texas and one in Kentucky.
