The company today announced that it is moving forward with major international acquisitions. It said that it has completed the entire preliminary due diligence for the acquisition of a controlling stake in BioCells Inc., a Argentina-based company. The transaction is expected to close by the end of August 2010, according CBAI.

Commenting on the transaction, Matthew Schissler, co-founder and CEO of CBAI, said that the company is confident that the acquisition of BioCells Inc. will be completed by the end of August. Schissler said that with a controlling interest in BioCells, CBAI will see a significant boos to its bottom line. The company is also about to complete transactions in Germany and China. Schissler also said that the company is looking at ways it can reward shareholders once the BioCEll transaction is complete.
